my role as an IT Help Desk Technician

The Division of Information Technology at Eastern Michigan University purchases and manages all devices and school software for the entire University. The department also troubleshoots all internet and computer-related issues for both staff and students through the IT Help Desk.

  • Solve advanced problems regarding complex computer systems.
  • Manage all devices in EMU’s Halle Library Labs.
  • Provide critical customer support to professors and students in real-time.
  • Built PowerShell Scripts to deploy the Windows Calculator remotely.
